Facelift & Neck Lift

Known clinically as rhytidectomy, facelift and neck lift surgery can restore a more youthful appearance to the lower face, jawline, and neck. These procedures can also help reduce or eliminate fine lines, wrinkles, jowls, the look of a double chin, and loose skin on the neck. When performed by a qualified plastic surgeon like Dr. Day, a facelift and neck lift often leave minimal scars and can make patients appear 10 to 15 years younger. The procedures can be combined with a brow lift, blepharoplasty, and/or facial fat grafting or fillers to reverse the effects of aging and tissue loss (known as atrophy) in the face and neck.

Eyelid Surgery

Cosmetic eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, is a popular procedure designed to help reverse the appearance of aging and give a more youthful facial impression. As the saying goes, the eyes are “the window to the soul” and blepharoplasty can restore the frame of the eyes and create a more rested look. Blepharoplasty can be performed on both the upper and lower eyelids, depending on the patient’s concerns, and can be combined with a brow lift and/or facelift for more comprehensive rejuvenation.

Brow Lift

As we get older, the position and shape of our brows can change, with tissue beginning to thin out and muscle activity creating lines and wrinkles. Additionally, loss of bone density and skin elasticity contributes to a heavy and aged appearance of the brow. Brow lift surgery works to re-elevate and re-shape the eyebrow to a more youthful position while eliminating some of the fine lines and creases. This is performed through well-hidden scars no one will notice when done properly.

Rhinoplasty

Commonly known as a “nose job,” rhinoplasty surgery can alter the shape and/or function of the nose to treat cosmetic concerns, improve breathing or nasal airflow, or correct deformities caused by trauma. It can also feminize or masculinize the nose for transgender patients. The procedure may include the use of cartilage grafts from the nose itself, ear, or ribs to help augment the nasal shape and underlying structure.
